We’re fully licensed by theSuffolk County Board of Health and we are fully insured to protect you and your guests.All our hot foods are cooked fresh, to provide you with the best quality and taste! While they are still piping hot, we pack them in specially designed insulated carriers for delivery. When we arrive on site we put the food into hot food racks with sterno. Our foods are cooked fresh and delivered piping hot ready to serve. When other Caterers reheat or tell you to reheat foods, they taste like leftovers).

Delivery available to Long Island Manhattan & beyond.Our set-up and delivery charges include setting our foods on your buffet table. These charges may vary depending on size of order, what has to be set up, location, degree of difficulty, distance or travel time and other factors.

A 25% deposit is required on all orders. Balances are due in cash or certified check any time before delivery. If you are a corporate account your terms may be different.

Most changes up to 10 days prior to your event. This includes menu changes and increases to your guest count. It is your responsibility to contact us about final details 10 days prior. No changes within 7 days without surcharges.

We retain the right for substitution and price changes, seasonal availability & cost fluctuations beyond our control.

We stand behind our product. If you are unhappy with any item, and we are notified and it is returned at the time of delivery, a refund will be given. For any and all other circumstances, all reparations will be by store credit, if any.

We Want You To Know…For Your Own Protection: Precautions for “safe handling of foods at your event.”
a. Chaffing stands will not keep food hot in breezy areas.
b. Never set food in direct sunlight (even through a window).
c. Foods should not be kept out for the entire event. Refrigerate extra foods A.S.A.P. (hot foods should not be kept out after the sterno’s have burned out. We provide 2 sterno’s per chaffing rack. Light one sterno to keep your food warm (it will burn approx. 90 minutes) then light the second Additional sterno’s can be ordered for $1.50 each.
