Your final guest count & your menu are not needed to reserve your date. All of our foods are cooked fresh, to provide the best quality and taste! Our availability and the number of events our kitchens can cater in a given day is based on the size of your event and the number and size of the other events we already have booked. "Can you take care of every thing for me? For full service events, we cando everything, china, linen, complete setup, staffing and even cooking right on site besides the decorating, lighting, rentals and every last detail. What about payment terms? A minimum of 25% deposit is required on all orders. Balances will be due in cash or certified check 7 days prior to your event. If you have a corporate account with us your terms may be different. What if we’re not happy with something? We stand behind all our products. If you are unhappy with any item, and it is returned at the time of delivery, a refund will be given. For all other circumstances, reparations will be by store credit. Our hot foods are delivered hot so they never have to be reheated and our cold foods are kept cold. When we arrive on site, our hot foods are in specially designed insulated carriers and are piping hot to preserve optimum quality and they are ready to serve.. Our set-up and delivery charges usually include setting up our foods on your buffet table. These charges may vary depending on size of order, what has to be set up, location, degree of difficulty, distance or travel time and other factors. Deliveries are usually scheduled during the hour prior to your event. In order for us to accomplish this in a timely manner, all orders must be paid in full prior to your delivery. You should take certain precautions for the safe handling of foods at your event. a. Chaffing stands will not keep food hot in a breezy area. b. Never set food in direct sunlight (even through a window). c. Foods should not be kept out after the sterno’s have burned out . Refrigerate extra foods A.S.A.P. Your hot buffet choices are delivered hot. We provide 2 sterno’s per chaffing rack. Light one sterno to keep your food warm (it will burn aprox.60-90 minutes, depending on wind and breeze) ,then light the second sterno for an additional 60-90 minutes. Extra sterno’s can be ordered for $1.50 ea. d. At Events Unlimited, we believe in providing our clients with large portions of food. Please remember, when foods taste great, guests eat more. Also, the weather, time of day, activity levels and the variety of foods are some of the things that affect the appetites of guests.
